Yard Operative- Forklift driver
Our client operate a retail and distribution business from its base near Wellingtonbridge, Co Wexford. We are now recruiting for this position in their company team. If you enjoy a job with plenty of customer interaction, loading and unloading trucks, serving customers needs this could be the job for you.
This interesting and varied role involves;
- Operating the warehouse packing and distribution system in a relatively small, but busy warehouse.
- Organising incoming orders.
- Operating the outgoing order process
- Preparing orders for collection
- Operating the stock control system.
- Being a flexible part of a growing company team allowing variety in the role.
We expect that the successful applicant will;
- Have some experience in warehouse operations.
- Forklift and loader experience is important
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Be comfortable and competent in operating IT systems.
- Be competent and comfortable operating administration systems.
- Be energetic and enthusiastic to learn
- Knowledge of farming products would be an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From €15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Work Location: In person
