Our client owns a rural pub in South Kilkenny , about 15 minutes from Waterford city. The pub has a drinks only trade and does not serve food. Three other part time staff also work in the pub.
They are seeking a full time Manager . The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of in the pub trade.
No accommodation is available with this position and so the right candidate must be located in the area
