We are now recruiting for a Restaurant Manager in a popular casual dining restaurant in Wexford Town. We are looking for someone with a passion for good service and who enjoys the buzz of co-ordinating a team in a fast paced environment.
- Work alongside your team of servers, chefs and kitchen staff to provide a comfortable, delicious, relaxed and enjoyable experience for guests.
- Train, monitor and supervise a team of 10+ staff
- Monitor sales patterns and identify areas for improvement etc.
- Look for areas to grow the profitability of the business
- Ensure compliance with all labour, HACCP and health/safety legislation.
- Ensure compliance with franchise guidelines
- Cash reconciliation
- Co-ordinate with the head cook on all stock/inventory orders
- Report weekly to the Regional Manager
- Action on-the-ground marketing activity and increase commercial performance
- Monitor sanitation practices and follow food business safety standards (HACCP)
Previous restaurant Management or Assistant Management experience required
Salary: From €35,000.00 per year
