The Solutions Group is a successful farm services business that has been in operation for over 40 years. It contains a number of business units namely, Farm Solutions, Buyrite Solutions and Magenta Direct. Strong growth has been achieved in recent years and more is being planned. To maintain and to help to manage this growth, we now have this interesting and challenging position available.

While the role will be involved in the routine IT support functions of the business, it will also involve being an integral part of the small and very experienced staff team driving growth in the business units. A significant part of this role will also involve supporting and developing the IT systems to future proof the business and to drive efficiency and good management.

This will include the following;

· IT Support, Troubleshoot issues with Windows, Accounts, emails and both software and hardware maintenance issues. They may be referred and supported by our external support services, when necessary.

· Be involved in supporting new software projects to successful installation and implementation.

· To research new ideas in IT systems that support efficiency.

· To coordinate all interested parties in website and app development and to project manage successful project completion and implementation.

· To support documentation of business processes and application of new technical solutions.

· To create, generate and manage reporting systems.

· A third level qualification in IT

· Strong computer literacy in accounts packages, MS Office, databases, POS, and web development.

· Generally strong IT knowledge.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· At least 2 years’ experience.

The role will report to the Financial Controller and will be based in our Enniscorthy Co. Wexford office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary:: €35,000.00-€45,000.00 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate: Kilcannon, Enniscorthy, CO. Wexford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience: IT service management: 1 year (required)

Work Authorisation: Ireland (required)

Work Location: In person
