Our Client, a leading, global manufacturer of consumables & devices for the Medical & Life Science sectors is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join their Irish organisation based in Wexford town.
The successful candidate will be process-driven & customer-focused. They will be able to take ownership of and accountability for all of their Customers’ activities.
The candidate should be able to take initiative and be comfortable in being the sole person responsible for the Customer relationships.
Role Responsibilities:
Take ownership of Customer orders right through to completion. Complete all tasks as per office procedures. Complete all other duties and projects that may arise from time to time as requested.
Answering phone and tracking orders & queries.
Required Skillset:
Be highly proficient at data entry.
Display a strong desire to be accountable & responsible within the role, both individually and as part of the team.
The ability to follow procedures & schedules, yet prioritise work when required.
Excellent time manager with strong interpersonal skills.
A person comfortable on the phone yet also an active listener
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel)
Experience Requirements:
Relevant Customer Service experience.
Previous office or call management experience essential.
Salary of 30k on offer.
