Job description
We now have an interesting vacancy for a Customer Service Representative in our clients sales and distribution business in Wexford Town.
The role will involve:
- Taking ownership of the customers orders right through to completion.
- Answering phones and tracking orders and queries to a high standard.
- The successful applicant is likely to enjoy taking responsibility and being accountable, to be good with process and procedures, to be strong with data entry and MS office and have good phone and listening skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or call management would be valued, but other experience will also be considered.

Salary: €28,000.00-€29,500.00 per year
